2、 Cause analysis
The shutdown of mixing tank is mainly caused by the following reasons:
1. Engine failure: the engine cannot be started, the power take-off is damaged, etc.
2. Mounting failure: transmission shaft damage, oil pump failure, dirty or insufficient hydraulic oil, motor failure, reducer failure, control lever loosening, etc.
3、 Find the fault point
When the tank fails to rotate during concrete transportation, the vehicle shall be stopped for inspection. Quickly find the fault point by "listening, looking and moving", and "listening" refers to whether all parts from the transmission shaft to the reducer make abnormal noise; "One look" means to check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank is too low or the pipeline leaks seriously; "Movement" refers to pulling the oil pump servo rod back and forth, and whether the tank body does not rotate in both positive and negative directions.
Note: after the tank stops rotating, immediately contact the local service personnel (with address book) to inform the concrete grade and pre setting time in the tank. The service personnel will patiently guide you how to deal with it. At the same time, please drive the vehicle to the nearest service station.
4、 Emergency measures
If the vehicle cannot be repaired before the concrete is pre set, emergency measures shall be taken immediately:
1. Connect the "emergency oil pipe" to unload the concrete when the motor and reducer have no fault, so as to prevent concreting accident.
2. If the motor or reducer fails and it is determined that the tank cannot rotate before the concrete is pre set, please quickly open the manhole cover. If the manhole cover is not below the tank, you need to open a hole at the bottom of the front cone of the tank（ Φ= 1250px, avoiding the original weld bead), and at the same time, continuously pour a large amount of clean water into the feed inlet to wash the concrete in the tank until no concrete flows out under the tank. A small amount of residual concrete in the tank needs to be cleaned manually. After cleaning, the cut part shall be welded to the tank again (manhole cover shall be installed), and polished and painted.
